What does it cost to post?Your first 3 job posts are free. After that, pay $5 per post, or become a member for $9.99/mo with unlimited posts plus tools like assigning your own drivers. There is no trial for business accounts. Cancel a membership anytime.
Are there haulers in my area?Coverage depends on which haulers serve each area, so some regions have more movers than others. Post the move, set a rate or open it for bids, and members can assign one of their own drivers instead.
Do you take a commission or mark up the haul?No. Dealers pay the hauler directly, with no markup and no middleman fee on the delivery.
Who sees my customer's contact info?Only approved haulers with a paid membership see contact details. Haulers on a free trial can bid but don't see your contact. Deliveries you assign to your own driver never appear on the public load board.
Can I keep using my own drivers?Yes, with a membership. Most dealers keep their regular drivers. Invite them by email and assign deliveries directly, then open a job to the network only when you need more options.
How are haulers approved?Approval requires your USDOT # and proof of insurance. We review every hauler manually. Haulers are independent businesses that handle their own permits and payments.
